Michelle assists with the Incentives Portfolio function for ECIDA, particularly compliance with Agency policies and insurance requirements.
Prior to joining the ECIDA, Michelle helped oversee compliance with multi-state insurance regulations at GEICO. She also had a lengthy career as a journalist, including a decade as arts editor at Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle newspaper.
