Demolition of Agribusiness Park
The Buffalo and Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation (“ILDC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors for the Demolition of Agribusiness Park located at 1526 Eden Evans Center Road in Angola, NY. This project proposes to demolish three (3) buildings located at the site. All permits, bonds, materials, equipment, labor, etc. to complete the Contract Work shall be included. The selected Contractor shall have 60 calendar days from the date of execution of the Contract to complete the Contract Work.

Erie County Industrial Development Agency
The Erie County Industrial Development Agency (ECIDA) invites sealed bids for work on the Buffalo Southern Railroad including providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Contract Documents, in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications attached hereto.
Sealed bids shall be received at the ECIDA, 95 Perry St. Suite 403, Buffalo, New York 14203.
Bids will be opened on December 19th, 2024 at 1:30 PM at ECIDA and read aloud. Bidders may attend the bid opening.
Faxed, emailed or electronically submitted bids will not be accepted.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on December 5th, 2024 at 11:00AM. Interested parties should meet at Bridge MP 13.94 over Eighteen Mile Creek (6532 Stevens Road, Hamburg, NY 14075).
The Contract is to provide all the necessary services, material, equipment, labor and superintendents necessary to perform the construction work in accordance with the standards of the New York State Department of Transportation, the Federal Railroad Administration, the Buffalo Southern Railroad, the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Way Association, the County of Erie, the Erie County IDA and the contract documents.
